Norfolk Flooding
I was in Norfolk tonight, and I knew the water levels would be up, but wasn’t expecting any street flooding. It was just after high tide, and the wind driven tide, combined to cause some minor street flooding in the low parts of Norfolk. I did my best with the pictures, but I forgot to bring my tripod, so I had to use my truck as well as the ground in the declining light.
