Virginia Beach Schools made the right decision, based on the information they had, it didn’t snow except for some flurries, and all the hindsight forecasters criticized the schools for closing, the same people that would have criticized the schools had they opened and we got the 4 to 6 inches of snow.

So today Presidents day, the make up day for the snow day, we wake up to the following scene…
