RAIN CHANCES INCREASE LATER SATURDAY… TEMPERATURES WILL BE ON THE CHILLY SIDE THIS WEEKEND… IMPROVING WEATHER IS EXPECTED ON MONDAY

The average high temperature for April 25th is around 70 degrees. We are not expected to get near that today as the combination of a northeasterly to easterly wind and increasing cloud cover will hold temperatures in the 50’s today in most areas. Rain is expected to arrive from the west later today. Occasional rain is expected overnight Saturday night as a warm front approaches the region. A low pressure system riding along the front is expected to move offshore on Sunday bringing an end to the rain. Temperatures on Sunday will be below normal once again. On Monday, we should see sunshine but temperatures are still expected to be below normal, although temperatures should be warmer than they will be this weekend. We should see dry weather early next week but rain chances are expected to go up once again Wednesday night and/or Thursday as another system approaches the Mid-Atlantic States. It doesn’t seem like we are going to see above normal temperatures for quite a while as the chilly weather pattern continues. Thanks for reading and have a great weekend!
