TEMPERATURES WILL BE SPRING-LIKE OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS… NO MAJOR STORMS ARE EXPECTED THIS WEEK HERE IN HAMPTON ROADS

It seems that the weather pattern has become less active after a very changeable period over the past few weeks. That doesn’t mean that there won’t be any changes in the day-to-day weather or that there won’t be any chances of rain this week. It just means that the level of activity and the intensity of the systems affecting us should be lower this week than what we’ve seen in recent weeks. High pressure now bringing a beautiful Sunday to Hampton Roads will move offshore.  A southwest wind on Monday will boost temperatures to near 70 degrees making for another nice day. A weak frontal system will approach Monday night and Tuesday bringing with it a chance of showers, but the highest chance will be northwest of Hampton Roads. Rain totals from this system should be on the light side. The rest of the week should be quite spring-like with low chances of significant rain for the most part.
