AFTER A CHILLY START, SATURDAY WILL TURN OUT TO BE A VERY NICE SPRING DAY… DRY WEATHER SHOULD PERSIST FOR SEVERAL DAYS

The national radar this morning shows very little precipitation across the country as the weather map is quite benign. This is shaping up¬†to to be a great weekend for Hampton Roads. With winds becoming onshore, high¬†temperatures will be cooler near the coast. Note that the water temperature is still in the 50’s. The only challenge in the forecast is what the effects that a back door cold front will have on our weather this upcoming week. No significant precipitation is expected with this front, and actually, the entire week should be dry for the most part. The pollen will probably start to cover everything again but once the trees are fully in leaf, the tree pollen season will subside. That’s about all I have, so enjoy this nice spell of weather that lies ahead. I’ll have an update on Sunday morning.
